PF Chang's China Bistro, Inc. in Annapolis, MD is hiring bartenders for full- or part-time roles. Our Bartenders are core team members delivering guest-focused hospitality and crafting cocktails in a fast-paced setting.

You will learn our beverage program, lead service at the bar, and help maintain a smooth dining experience. Candidates must meet state age requirements, hold a Food Handler’s Card or obtain one, and demonstrate strong customer service, sanitation, and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Must meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card, or ability to obtain where applicable.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-work environment.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Make and execute P.F. Chang’s alcoholic beverage recipes, including garnishes.
• Operate and clean bar equipment and assist in inventories and restocking of beverages.
• Understands seating layout and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
• Follow company procedures for responsible alcoholic service.
