PF Changs China Bistro in Michigan is hiring immediate full-time or part-time hourly Bartenders to join our scratch kitchen team. All team members deliver guest-focused service and hospitality, with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities include creating cocktails, operating bar equipment, assisting with inventory, and delivering an exceptional guest experience while following responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
• Food Handler’s Card or ability to obtain.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests, exceeding expectations.
• Make and execute P.F. Chang’s beverage recipes and garnishes.
• Operate and clean bar equipment; assist in beverage inventories.
• Learn table delivery flow and server area coordination.
• Collaborate with hospitality team to meet guest needs.
• Set and clear tables neatly per brand standards.
• Follow procedures for responsible alcoholic service.
