Job summary

North Italia in Cerritos, CA is seeking Bartenders to join a busy Italian restaurant team. The position offers solid pay with tips and room to grow, plus flexible scheduling and a supportive work environment.

You will be knowledgeable about wine, beer, and cocktails, handle cash, and maintain a clean, safe bar. A minimum of two years bartending experience and comfort with standing for long periods are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of bartending experience or more.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Comfort with basic math and money handling.

Responsibilities

• Welcome/greet guests and know regulars by name, preference and needs
• Be knowledgeable on wine, beer, and liquor and ingredients for cocktails
• Know and inform guests about specialty drinks and menu items
• Maintain cash bank and follow established procedures
• Follow all alcohol laws, policies and regulations
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Deliver drink orders to guests in a timely and efficient manner
