Qualifications

• At least two years of bartending experience and age to serve alcohol.
• Comfortable with basic math, money handling, and operating a point-of-sale system.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to stand for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and know regulars by name, preferences, and needs.
• Be knowledgeable on wine, beer, and liquor, and cocktail ingredients.
• Inform guests about specialty drinks and menu details.
• Maintain cash bank and follow established procedures.
• Follow all alcoholic beverage laws, policies and regulations.
• Keep a clean and safe work area.
• Deliver drink orders to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
