Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and greet regulars by name and preference.
• Be knowledgeable on wine, beer, liquor and cocktail ingredients.
• Know and inform guests about specialty drinks and menu items.
• Maintain cash bank and follow established procedures.
• Follow all alcoholic beverage laws, policies and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Deliver drink orders to guests promptly and efficiently.
