Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and greet regulars by name and preferences.
• Be knowledgeable on wine, beer brands, and liquor; understand cocktail ingredients.
• Inform guests about specialty drinks and menu details.
• Maintain cash bank and follow procedures.
• Follow all alcoholic beverage laws, policies and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Deliver drink orders to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
