Qualifications

• Outgoing, hospitable and friendly with guests.
• At least two years of bartending experience.
• Must be of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Comfort with basic math and money handling.
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale system and provide clear English communication.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome/greet guests and know regulars by name and preferences.
• Be knowledgeable on wine, beer, and liquor and cocktail ingredients.
• Inform guests about specialty drinks and menu items.
• Maintain cash bank and follow established procedures.
• Follow all alcoholic beverage laws, policies and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Deliver drink orders to guests promptly and efficiently.
