Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Enthusiastic, dependable, and able to multitask.
• Basic math skills.
• Complete RAMP and/or TIPS certification per state requirements, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly service from greeting to exit.
• Know the menu and explain options; inform about promotions and events.
• Prepare drinks per Primanti Bros. recipes.
• Ring up orders and manage timely delivery.
• Maintain bar top cleanliness and stock.
• Follow age verification and alcohol awareness procedures.
• Collect payments and balance the bar at end of shift.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies.
• Complete opening/closing checklists and cleaning tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
