Landry's, LLC. is seeking a Bartender to deliver exceptional guest experiences and prepare beverages per specifications with speed and accuracy. The role requires strong customer service, cash handling, and multitasking on a busy shift.

The bartender will manage stock, assist with bar setup, and work flexible hours including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays to support hospitality operations. This position offers opportunities for advancement within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Bartending experience.
• Record of delivering exceptional guest experience.
• Effective communication skills.
• Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must be available for various shifts including early morning, late nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours.
• Team Player with a guest first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees
• Discover guest needs and suggests beverages to enhance their experience and meet sales goals
• Be the master of the bar, understanding all aspects to promote a well-run shift by proper preparation
• Maintain par levels of all stock and supplies, garnishes, beer, wine, liquor, barware, etc.
• Responsible for keeping an accurate count of all money and comps received for guests and follow cash handling policies
