You will craft cocktails and other drinks, advise guests on menu choices, and ensure accurate ordering and payment processing while upholding safety and service standards.

Eligible for tips, with a base wage of $16.90 per hour and a strong emphasis on training, development, and career growth within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year bartending experience.
• Valid Food Handler and California RBS certifications.
• Passion for hospitality with a track-record of quality service.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with friendly, attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Navigate menu options and recommend beverages and food items.
• Prepare cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and nonalcoholic drinks per recipes.
• Input orders accurately in the POS system and monitor deliveries.
• Prepare final guest checks and process payments securely.
• Resolve service issues with urgency and good judgment.
• Enforce ID checks and alcohol-service compliance per state law.
• Follow safety procedures for food and beverage handling.
