The role emphasizes hospitality, menu knowledge, and high-quality guest service in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include crafting beverages per JOEY standards, handling orders in POS, and ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years bartending experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain valid state Food Handler and Alcohol Server/Seller permits.
• Passion for hospitality and track record of creating world-class experiences.
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Able to walk/stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with friendly, attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Assist guests with navigating menu options and recommend beverage and food items.
• Create and pour cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and nonalcoholic beverages per JOEY recipes.
• Input orders accurately into the POS system.
• Monitor delivery of guest beverages and food orders.
• Prepare final guest checks and process payments securely.
• Resolve service issues with urgency and poise.
• Enforce age verification for alcohol sales per state law.
• Follow all safety procedures for food and alcohol service.
