Job summary

Newport Hospitality is seeking a bartender to prepare and serve drinks in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will interact with guests professionally and maintain bar cleanliness while managing inventory and following alcohol regulations.

Ideal candidates have 21+ with excellent communication skills and proficiency in mixology and POS systems. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required, with opportunities for growth within Newport Hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous bar tending experience preferred.
• Must be 21+.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Mixology, POS systems, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Follow ABC Laws and complete Alcohol Awareness Training.
• Adhere to PCI Compliance for secure payment processing.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Monitor and control inventory levels.
