Job summary

Saracen Casino Resort seeks a beverage service professional to provide fast, friendly, and professional service to casino guests and beverage servers. You will manage drink preparation, operate the POS system, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced casino environment.

The role requires 21+ years of age, strong cash handling, cocktail knowledge, and excellent communication. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is essential; English fluency is required.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age.
Count money and change correctly.
Knows cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques.
Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
Must present a well-groomed and professional appearance.
Must possess excellent communication skills.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

Prepares and pours drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipe; communicates with beverage servers and presents drinks to guests or servers.
Slices and pits fruit as required.
Operates and maintains all equipment and utensils per guidelines and safety procedures.
Maintains a clean, stocked workstation per health and safety guidelines.
Operates a cash register/POS System; rings correct amount and handles cash with integrity.
Monitors guest alcohol consumption and intervenes as needed.
Promotes casino events and programs; works with Players Club to sign up new cards.
