Job summary

Table Mountain Casino Resort in Friant, CA seeks a friendly bartender to craft and serve cocktails and beverages, take drink orders, and assist servers as needed. You will accurately ring transactions at the bar, balance the cash drawer, and maintain a welcoming, attentive guest experience.

The role requires at least one year of bartending, two years in food/beverage or hospitality, and the ABC alcohol-server certification. Night, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years working in the food and beverage and/or hospitality industry.
• One (1) year of bartending work required.
• Must obtain a ABC certificate of safe alcohol server training.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a friendly atmosphere.
• Promote and document beverage orders, including call and premium brands.
• Prepare cocktails and beverages per recipes and standards.
• Input orders at POS, manage checks, and balance cash at end of shift.
• Ensure age verification for alcohol purchases and safe service.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and inventory, restock as needed.
• Respond to customer questions and provide courteous service.
• Attend staff meetings and follow policies.
