Job summary

Table Mountain Casino Inc. seeks an experienced bartender to provide high-quality beverage service at the casino bar.

You will greet guests, take orders, prepare cocktails, and ensure accuracy on checks while maintaining a clean, organized bar area and adhering to ABC policies. Ideal candidates have two years in food/beverage or hospitality, one year bartending, and certifications for safe alcohol serving and RBS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two (2) years in food/beverage or hospitality required.
• One (1) year bartending experience required.
• Must obtain ABC certificate of safe alcohol server training.
• Required to have and obtain Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background check, gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a friendly atmosphere.
• Take and document drink orders; recite selection of call/premium brands as requested.
• Prepare cocktails and beverages per recipes and ABC requirements.
• Input orders at POS; create checks and balance cash tips.
• Maintain bar setup and cleanliness; wash glassware and utensils.
• Balance house bank at start and end of shift; protect casino monies.
