Diamond Mountain Casino & Hotel in Susanville, CA is seeking a Food and Beverage Server/Bartender to deliver friendly, attentive service at the bar, restaurant and casino floor. You will take drink and food orders, process payments in the POS, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include following responsible alcohol service procedures, keeping work areas clean, monitoring guest intoxication, and supporting the team during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage service or bartending is preferred.
• Ability to accurately process payments and handle POS transactions.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.

Responsabilités

• Take drink and food orders from guests.
• Place orders in the POS system and handle payments.
• Inform guests of specials and make recommendations.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly at all service areas.
