Beef ’O’ Brady’s in Tuscaloosa is seeking a bartender to create exceptional guest experiences in a fun, fast-paced setting. You will greet guests, take orders, craft cocktails and serve food and beverages with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older per state rules.
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts.
• Able to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items.
• Able to competently operate the POS and beverage equipment.
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to Beef's
• Follow Beef's steps of service for taking and serving orders
• Be menu knowledgeable to answer guest questions
• Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails to Beef's recipes
• Present guest check and take payment
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Keep bar station and service areas clean and organized
• Complete duties without constant supervision
