Responsibilities

• Open and close the bar in a timely, responsible manner.
• Serve beer, wine, and cocktails to guests.
• Verify age requirements and ensure responsible service.
• Process payments and documentation of orders.
• Maintain stock, prep bar setup, and restock supplies.
• Greet guests, upsell beverages, and promote orders.
• Input orders at POS and balance cash/credit transactions.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of bar area.
• Work with venue team and follow safety procedures.
• Report to management at shift end and handle other duties as assigned.
