Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender or similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions by using Spirit.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the bar in a timely and responsible manner.
• Serve beer, wine and other beverages in a prompt, friendly way.
• Maintain bar setup and stock of beverages, garnishes and supplies.
• Input orders at the point of sale and balance cash receipts.
• Promote drinks and upsell to customers while ensuring ID checks and responsible service.
