Triple Shift Entertainment in Addison, IL seeks a friendly Bartender to join our front-of-house team. You will mix and serve drinks, upsell, process payments, verify age, stock bar supplies, and maintain cleanliness while upholding core values of Spirit, Courage, Own It, Respect, and Excellence.
You will work with a dynamic venue team in a fast-paced setting, ensuring excellent guest experiences and safe, responsible service. Prior bartending experience preferred.

Bartenders are both the face of the bar and the driving force behind bar profitability. They work directly with customers by mixing and serving drink orders. Their responsibilities include prepping the bar, verifying age requirements, processing payments, upselling customers, managing inventory and cleaning bar supplies.

You will be eligible to begin contributing to a 401(k) on the first of the month following your first 90 days of service and if you meet the minimum hours criteria. The minimum criteria for employee eligibility are 1) employees must be 21 years of age or older and 2) must work 250 hours in 90 days or an average of 1,000 hours in one year. Triple Shift Entertainment will match qualified 401(k) contributions as follows: $1 for $1 for the first 3% and $0.50 for $1 on the next 2% on what employee contributes to their 401(k) and you are considered fully vested immediately.
