Job summary

Triple Shift Entertainment is seeking a bartender to join our front-of-house team. You will mix and serve drinks, upsell customers, verify ages, and help maintain a clean, organized bar area while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Candidates should have prior bartender experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. This on-site role includes 401(k) benefits and a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender or similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds and stay on their feet.
• Mobility: kneel, stand, stoop, bend, reach and manipulate objects.
• Climb step stools up to 3 feet.
• Work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork and Spirit values.

Responsibilities

• Own it by opening and closing the bar in a timely and responsible manner.
• Serve guests promptly and friendly; upsell beverages while showing Spirit.
• Maintain bar setup and stock for beer, wine, spirits, and supplies.
• Check IDs and ensure responsible service of alcohol.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness around the bar area.
• Input orders at POS and balance cash receipts.
• Work as part of the venue team and follow safety procedures.
• Report to management at end of shift.
