Responsibilities include verifying IDs, handling payments, inventory, and adhering to EarthView sustainability guidelines. The position may require varied shifts including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in bartending or mixology with customer service focus.
• TIPS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organized bar areas.
• Slice and pit fruit for garnishes.
• Check IDs to verify age requirements for alcohol purchases.
• Prepare and serve drink and/or food orders.
• Take orders and serve/clear food and beverages at tables in bar/lounge (when applicable).
• Issue guest checks and complete payment process.
• Follow standards for identifying and managing intoxicated guests.
• Complete beverage requisitions to maintain par levels.
• Complete required side work prior to shift end.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work to increase satisfaction.
• Assist with beverage inventory.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines.
• Practice safe work habits and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
