Job Summary

Prepare and serve beverages to guests and servers (food servers, cocktail waitresses).

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

Prepare drinks using proper recipe and glassware

What You Will Need

• Ability to provide our guests with excellent customer service
• Excellent communication and observation skills
• Easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests

• Must have excellent hand-to-eye coordination

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Constant walking, standing, twisting, bending, reaching (to a height of 8ft)

Transporting, pushing, pulling and maneuvering items weighing up to 40 lbs.

Normal sense of smell, touch, sound and vision range including absence of color blindness

Eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity as well as the ability to distinguish letters and symbols

Use of electrical equipment and Infogenesis POS

Ability to understand and comply with all company and departmental rules, regulations, policies and procedures and union contract

Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff

Must maintain compliance with all state and local laws regarding proper alcohol service

Must be able to work with money and credit cards

GUEST SERVICE (INTERNAL/EXTERNAL) STANDARDS: Employee is required to meet and deliver our core values, service standards, and family style service.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have the ability to provide internal/external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech – both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as need.
