You will work in a fast-paced bar environment with a focus on teamwork, safety, and consistent service. The role emphasizes flexibility, shift coverage, and ongoing development within a hospitality-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service to all guests with friendly conversation and suggestions.
• Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and complete daily tasks.
• Be knowledgeable of menu items and preparation methods; answer questions accurately.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
• Process payments and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Promote teamwork and a safe, friendly work environment.
• Check IDs and monitor beverage service to prevent overservice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings.
• Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and complete daily cleaning and side work.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer guest questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
• Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment.
• Check identification of all guests and monitor beverage consumption to prevent overservice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
