Job summary

White Lodging seeks a Barback to support the bartending team at Kimpton Santo. You will help maintain a smooth service flow by keeping the bar stocked, clean, and guest-ready.

You'll collaborate with bar staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences, handle high volume, and uphold sanitation standards. This role requires a ready smile, teamwork, and the ability to stand during long shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with bartenders to ensure excellent guest service and assist where needed.
• Maintain stock of ice, product, and supplies for the bartenders.
• Ensure that food sanitation practices are followed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area by removing dishes, breaking down trays, and completing all necessary side work.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer guest questions.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
