Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group is seeking a bartender for the Red Circle Inn in Wisconsin, offering a dynamic team and opportunities to create memorable experiences for every guest.

You’ll take drink orders, suggest menu pairings, prepare beverages, ensure accuracy of checks, and maintain a warm, attentive dining atmosphere while upholding safety and company standards. Legal age and an Operator's License are required.

Qualifications

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• You have basic math skills (able to add, subtract and count change back to customer).
• You have legible handwriting.
• You have strong customer service and oral communication skills.
• You have a valid Operator's License.

Responsibilities

• Take customers’ food and drink orders.
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to each table in a timely manner.
• Suggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials.
• Make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards.
• Control allocated guest checks by following established check-use procedures and legibly documenting all required information as the customer's order is taken and processed.
• Process payments from guests and ensures accuracy of guest check and method of payment in order to safeguard customer and company.
• Create a pleasurable dining experience for all of our guests.
