Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group in Beloit, Wisconsin seeks a Bartender to deliver outstanding service in a busy downtown setting. You will take orders, craft drinks, recommend beverages, and help guests enjoy a warm, professional dining experience.

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have experience in making classic cocktails.
• You possess basic math skills (able to add, subtract and count change back to customer).
• You have legible handwriting, strong customer service skills and oral communication skills.
• You have a valid Operator's License.

Responsibilities

• Take customers’ food and drink orders.
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to each table in a timely manner.
• Make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards.
• Control allocated guest checks by following established check-use procedures and legibly documenting all required information as the customer's order is taken and processed.
• Process payments from guests and ensures accuracy of guest check and method of payment in order to safeguard customer and company.
• Comply with all state and local liquor regulations.
• Create a pleasurable dining experience for all of our guests.
