Qualifications

• Bartender certification or license is required.
• 2-4 years of bartender experience.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them through the beverage journey.
• Maintain proper and adequate bar setup daily.
• Describe menu and upsell beverages to guests.
• Take orders accurately and confirm special requests.
• Be the bar expert, enhancing conversations with guests.
• Coordinate with restaurant servers and kitchen staff.
• Handle billing with timely and accurate checks.
• Stock and replenish bar supplies daily, including garnishes and perishables.
• Input orders into POS and manage checks for each guest.
• Lock up and secure beverages, cash, and equipment.
