Qualifications

• 3 to 6 months related experience or equivalent education.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong communication and rapport-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Open and close sidework per checklists.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and make drink/menu recommendations.
• Take drink orders and prepare cocktails per recipes.
• Take food orders and relay to kitchen.
• Record all sales accurately and process payments.
• Wash glassware as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable about current beverage offerings and wine list.
• Provide up-to-date information on hotel services and local area.
• Help maintain bar cleanliness and organization.
