DelMonte Hotel Group in Ohio is seeking a skilled Bartender for the AC Hotel Cleveland Beachwood in Orange Village. You will craft drinks, deliver memorable guest experiences, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our hospitality standards.

The role emphasizes guest service, knowledge of beverages, and teamwork. Candidates should have 3–6 months related experience and a relevant certificate, with strong communication and exceptional customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 months related experience; One year certificate from college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing sidework per checklists.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding drinks and menu items.
• Take drink orders from customers or Servers. Prepare cocktails in accordance with standard beverage recipes.
• Take food orders from guests and submit to kitchen for preparation.
• Properly record all sales transactions and secure accurate payment.
• Wash glassware as needed.
• Familiarize and be knowledgeable of current food and beverage offerings, including wine lists and cocktail menu.
• Provide current information pertaining to hours and available services of the hotel and surrounding areas.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the bar and surrounding areas.
