Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a bartender in a high-quality environment.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks with organization.
• Clear communication skills, fluent in English, with basic arithmetic for tabs and inventory.
• Standing and walking throughout shifts; ability to lift and move bar stock as needed.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Craft drinks for every occasion — brunch, tasting menu pairings, or espresso to-go.
• Create a warm, laidback atmosphere and keep the bar tidy and welcoming.
• Learn steps of service, products, menu, and systems inside and out.
• Restock, replenish, and prep the bar as needed.
• Communicate openly with bar and restaurant managers on feedback.
• Collaborate with hotel staff to highlight exclusive bar offerings and promotions.
