Responsibilities include preparing beverages per recipes, engaging with guests, maintaining a clean bar, managing inventory, handling payments, and upselling to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service and food handlers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and recipes.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and workstations.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Upsell and recommend drinks to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere.
