Opal Grand Resort is seeking a Bartender to join our team in Delray Beach. You will mix and serve beverages, manage bar setup and breakdown, ensure stock levels, and maintain a clean bar area while complying with liquor regulations.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required. You should have strong guest service skills, knowledge of POS and menu, and the ability to handle food and beverage orders accurately.

• Knowledge of POS and menu is required.
• Strong understanding of food handling and safety.
• Ability to monitor alcohol consumption and practice responsible serving.

Responsabilités

• Mix and serve beverages for bar guests and assist cocktail servers.
• Set up and break down the bar daily, open/close side-work, cleaning duties.
• Maintain stock levels and inventory at shift start and end.
• Keep bar area clean and presentable during shifts.
• Comply with state and federal liquor regulations.
• Operate blender for frozen drinks and take accurate orders.
• Deliver food from kitchen to guests and serve tables when needed.
• Present accurate checks and process payments.
• Assist with management directions as required.
