Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Bartender to welcome guests at the bar, craft beers, wines, and handcrafted cocktails to Firebirds standards, and guide guests through menu pairings with confidence.

You’ll maintain a clean, organized bar, handle orders and payments efficiently, support To-Go orders, uphold safety, and collaborate with teammates to deliver memorable hospitality. Excellent communication and a guest-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to be patient and have a guest-oriented mindset.
• Must have reliable transportation and 18+ age for FOH positions.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive at the bar.
• Craft beer, wine, and handcrafted cocktails to Firebirds standards with consistency and care.
• Guide guests through menu offerings with confident recommendations and pairings.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver attentive, personalized hospitality.
• Accurately manage orders, POS entry, and payments with efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and Firebar area.
• Support To-Go orders and collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless service.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and uphold guest safety standards.
