Firebirds Wood Fired Grill invites applications for a Bartender to join our Front of House team in Jacksonville. You’ll be crafting cocktails and beverages, delivering personalized hospitality, and guiding guests through menu pairings with confidence.

Qualifications

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day.
Must have reliable transportation.
18+ age requirements for FOH positions.
Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Create a warm, welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive at the bar.
Craft beer, wine, and handcrafted cocktails to Firebirds standards with consistency and care.
Guide guests through menu offerings with confident recommendations and pairings.
Anticipate guest needs and deliver attentive, personalized hospitality.
Accurately manage orders, POS entry, and payments with efficiency.
Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready bar and Firebar area.
Support To-Go orders and collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless service.
Ensure responsible alcohol service and uphold guest safety standards.
