Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Huntersville, NC is hiring a Bartender to join our Front of House team. You’ll be a key part of guest experiences behind the bar, crafting handcrafted cocktails, and delivering energy, connection, and care at every interaction.

You’ll work in a fast-paced setting with flexible schedules, learn Firebirds standards, multi-beverage service, and contribute to memorable moments while upholding safety and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Guest-oriented mindset and attentive hospitality.
• Maintain positive working relationships with team members.
• Adhere to cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• FOH positions require 18+ age.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive at the bar.
• Craft beer, wine, and handcrafted cocktails to Firebirds standards with consistency and care.
• Guide guests through menu offerings with confident recommendations and pairings.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver attentive, personalized hospitality.
• Accurately manage orders, POS entry, and payments with efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready bar and Firebar area.
• Support To-Go orders and collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless service.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and uphold guest safety standards.
