Job summary

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking a Bartender to join our Front of House team in providing energetic, guest-focused service and crafting cocktails behind the bar. You will engage guests, explain menu options, and ensure a welcoming bar experience with efficient order handling and POS accuracy.

The role requires a friendly, guest-oriented mindset, reliability, and the ability to work 8+ hours onsite. Training, development, and employee discounts are included as part of our benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive at the bar.
• Craft beer, wine, and handcrafted cocktails to Firebirds standards with consistency and care.
• Guide guests through menu offerings with confident recommendations and pairings.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver attentive, personalized hospitality.
• Accurately manage orders, POS entry, and payments with efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready bar and Firebar area.
• Support To-Go orders and collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless service.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and uphold guest safety standards.
