Job summary

Aramark is hiring a Bartender to serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, greet guests, take orders, and process payments at our Lincoln location. You will mix drinks, ensure compliance with alcohol policies, and contribute to a positive guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates bring bartender experience, knowledge of recipes and trends, and excellent hospitality. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous bartender experience preferred.
• Knowledge of bartending principles, recipes and trends.
• Able to obtain required alcohol service certifications.
• Hospitality, friendliness and beverage knowledge.
• Organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb on occasion.
• Willingness to work flexible evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests, takes orders, and processes cash/credit transactions.
• Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• May provide drinks from service well to servers.
• Adheres to alcohol service policies and checks IDs.
• Maintains cash handling accuracy and security.
• Sets up and sanitizes workstations and stock areas.
• Monitors inventory and ensures product is stocked.
• Provides excellent guest service and anticipates needs.
• Maintains a positive demeanor with guests and coworkers.
