Valor Hospitality Partners is seeking a bartender to join our dynamic hotel teams in the United States. You will set up and mix drinks, serve guests, and ensure quality service while upholding company standards and profitability.

Responsibilities include guest interaction, checking IDs, processing payments, maintaining stock levels, and following liquor laws. A high school diploma and 3–6 months of beverage service experience are preferred; English fluency is required.

Qualifikationen

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 months experience in a food/beverage services environment.
• Must be able to read, speak and understand English.
• Must be able to mix cocktails correctly.
• Must be able to provide wine service.
• Manual coordination to punch buttons and carry trays.

Aufgaben

• Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines and safety controls.
• Interact with guests in a cordial, efficient and professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Check customer IDs to confirm legal drinking age.
• Ring guest checks; process cash and credits according to company policies.
• Prepare liquor requisitions and supply lists.
• Comply with state liquor laws and obtain Tips certification.
• Maintain established pars and perform side work duties as scheduled.
