Towneplace Suites Universal City/Live Oak is seeking a Bartender to mix and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks for bar patrons. Responsibilities include taking orders, preparing drinks, serving wine and beer, and handling cash for bar and food orders.

The role requires maintaining bar cleanliness, preparing garnishments, restocking supplies, and ensuring compliance with company standards and TABC regulations while providing friendly customer service.

Formación

• High school education or less; or 1–3 months related experience or training, or equivalent combination.
• Current Food Handler’s certificate or ServSafe certification is required.
• Current TABC (TX) or RVSP (LA) is required.

Responsabilidades

• Take drink orders from customers and/or servers.
• Mix and serve drinks according to order specifications.
• Serve wine and draught or bottled beer.
• Cashier duties for the sale of bar food and beverage orders.
• Requisitions for beer, wine, liquor and bar supplies.
• Arrange bottles and glasses to create an attractive display.
• Prepare drink garnishments.
• Replenish bar supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area.
• Set up, break down, or secure bar display when opening and closing.
• Serve patrons in compliance with company, brand, and TABC requirements.
