The Eliza Jane Hotel, part of Makeready, seeks an experienced bartender to deliver exceptional service in a high‑end New Orleans setting. You will craft traditional cocktails and creative libations, using knowledge of pairings and responsible service to enhance guest loyalty.

We seek the craftsman that knows and appreciates the art of the cocktail. This individual is knowledgeable about mixology and is capable of mixing traditional drinks as well as crafting creative libations. They increase customer retention and loyalty by mixing and serving quality cocktails with impeccable customer service and a smiling face.
