Job summary

Max Hospitality is hiring a Bartender for the Max Burger in Avon. The role requires at least one year of bartending experience in a casual or high-volume setting and comfort with beer, wine, cocktails, and branded beverages. Certification such as TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol is preferred.

You will mix and serve drinks, maintain a clean bar, handle cash/credit, check IDs, and engage guests with a welcoming, energetic demeanor. Open availability including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in casual or high-volume settings.
• TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred.
• Comfortable with beer, wine, cocktails and branded beverage offerings.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve a wide variety of beverages.

What We’re Looking For:
