Max Burger, located in West Hartford, CT, is seeking a dynamic Server to join the Max Hospitality Team. This role requires open availability and a passion for delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of server experience in high-volume or upscale-casual dining.
• Ability to confidently describe menu items, ingredients, preparation methods and flavors.
• Knowledge of wines, craft beers and cocktails is a plus.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple tables efficiently.
• Professionalism in handling guest concerns and special requests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and offer menu recommendations.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests.
• Address guest requests or issues with professionalism.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and organization.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth service.
• Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Experience

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a server, preferably in a high-volume, upscale-casual, or casual dining environment preferred
• Ability to confidently describe menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and flavors
• Knowledge of wines, craft beers, and cocktails is a plus
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple tables in a busy environment
• Previous experience handling guest concerns and special requests with professionalism and grace
