Palmetto Bluff is seeking a Bartender to interact with guests, take orders, and craft cocktails to standard while managing a cash bank. You will promote the venue through social media outreach and staff outings, contributing to the organization as a partner in achieving goals and values.

Competenze

• 3 years restaurant experience and/or 2 years bartending in a similar establishment.
• Must possess good attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude are required.
• Ability to read and write in English proficiently.
• Must have basic math skills and be able to use a calculator.
• Must be 21 years of age and possess Tips and Food Handlers cards.
• All Palmetto Bluff employees who serve alcohol or oversee employees who serve alcohol must obtain or hold a valid SC-approved Alcohol Server Training Certificate (company reimbursed).

Mansioni

• Consistently follow Food & Beverage sequence of service using venue standards.
• Exhibit knowledge, selling techniques and service delivery of beverages and menu items.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond with urgency.
• Clean and maintain equipment and supplies; ensure compliance with health procedures.
• Work as a team and communicate with management and staff to address guest needs.
