Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Bartender to support lounge/bar operations. You will prepare drinks, serve beverages and meals, verify customer ages, and ensure responsible service in compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities include taking orders, maintaining a clean bar, handling cash, balancing receipts, and coordinating with staff to ensure guests are served promptly. English proficiency and flexibility in scheduling are required.

Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience or equivalent training.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification required by state regulations.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Checks identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
• Presents menu, answers questions, and takes food and beverage orders.
• Prepares drink orders including wine, liquor, and beer.
• Maintains bar/lounge area cleanliness and organization.
• Computes bill and accepts payment; balances receipts.
• Reports potential problems related to intoxication to management.

Education
