Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a Bartender to craft and serve a variety of beverages while delivering exceptional guest service. The role requires speed, accuracy, and a friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, maintaining bar cleanliness, managing inventory, and collaborating with staff to ensure a superior guest experience. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected, with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming License.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and accuracy.
• Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, taking orders and offering recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tops, utensils, and equipment.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, following established procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed during shifts.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
