Job summary

Lodging Dynamics is seeking a Bartender for a full-service outlet. The role requires 21+ years of age, experience as a bartender or bar back, and fluency in English. You will handle drink preparation, guest service, and basic food support while maintaining stock, cleanliness, and POS accuracy.

Responsibilities include taking orders, upselling, managing payments, and ensuring compliance with liquor regulations in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 to serve alcoholic beverages.
• 1 year experience as Bartender or Bar Back.
• Food handling certificate required.
• Fluency in English (verbal and non-verbal).
• Legible communication and basic arithmetic competence.
• Ability to follow directions, multitask, and work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and upsell beverages as appropriate.
• Input orders into system and ensure accurate transmission to Kitchen.
• Maintain bar stock, cleanliness, and equipment readiness.
• Prepare drinks per outlet recipes and serve promptly.
• Close checks, process payments, and balance bank at shift end.
• Monitor bar safety, cleanliness, and compliance with liquor rules.
• Assist Bar Backs and Cocktail Servers to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, wines, and glassware.
