Job summary

Dellshire Resort, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is opening soon and seeking a Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service in the lobby bar and resort setting. You’ll blend craft beverage preparation with engaging guest interaction to create a welcoming social atmosphere for guests and visitors.

The ideal candidate has bartending experience in hotels or upscale venues, strong knowledge of drinks, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in hotel or upscale bar.
• Know cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service per state law.
• RSB certification (or ability to obtain) within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and service standards.
• Provide engaging, attentive, and personalized service to bar guests and lobby patrons.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer; provide recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar, glassware, and service areas.
• Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with laws and company policies.
• Process guest payments accurately using the POS system.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with bar setup and breakdown.
• Collaborate with servers and other team members to ensure seamless service flow.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including card handling and inventory counts.
• Always Uphold Dellshire Resort service standards and brand culture.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

• Knowledge of cocktail preparation and beverage presentation.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service per state law.
• Responsible Beverage Service certification (or ability to obtain) within 30 days of employment.
• Strong guest engagement, sales, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive team attitude.
