Job summary

Dellshire Resort, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is opening in Wisconsin Dells and seeking a Swim Up Bar Bartender. You will craft handcrafted beverages by the pool, engage guests with energy and style, and contribute to an exceptional resort experience during a fast-paced pre-opening environment.

The ideal candidate brings bartending experience, cocktail knowledge, and a strong guest-service mindset to help deliver memorable moments at Dellshire Resort.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in hospitality or resort settings.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage service techniques.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service.
• Food & Beverage service certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes, standards, and guest preferences.
• Provide friendly, engaging service to guests in and around the swim-up bar area.
• Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with alcohol service laws.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar area, equipment, and service stations.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Process orders and payments using the POS system.
• Restock bar supplies and inventory as needed.
• Collaborate with Recreation/Activities and Food & Beverage teams to support pool operations.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards, including pool safety.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory counts.
• Uphold Dellshire Resort service standards and brand culture.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to recipes, standards, and guest preferences.
• Provide friendly, engaging, and attentive service to guests in and around the swim‑up bar area.
• Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and resort policies.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar area, equipment, and service stations.
• Monitor guest behavior and consumption to promote a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Accurately process orders and payments using the POS system.
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and inventory as needed throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with Recreation/Activities and Food & Beverage teams to support overall pool operations.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards, including pool safety awareness.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory counts.
• Always uphold Dellshire Resort service standards and brand culture.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

What are we looking for?

Who You Are

• Previous bartending experience preferred; hospitality or resort experience strongly desired.
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation, beer, wine, and beverage service techniques.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service per state law.
• Responsible Food, and Beverage Service certification (or ability to obtain) within 30 days of employment.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a high‑energy environment.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and team‑focused mindset.
