Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Bartender for the Dellshire Resort in Wisconsin Dells. This role supports a pre-opening property, delivering crafted beverages with energy and guest-focused service in a fast-paced poolside setting.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience, cocktail knowledge, and a passion for guest engagement. You’ll join a team dedicated to exceptional service, safety, and a seamless guest experience across the Swim Up Bar and adjacent outlets.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation, beer, wine, and beverage service techniques.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes, standards, and guest preferences.
• Provide friendly, engaging, and attentive service to guests in and around the swim-up bar area.
• Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and resort policies.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar area, equipment, and service stations.
• Monitor guest behavior and consumption to promote a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Accurately process orders and payments using the POS system.
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and inventory as needed throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with Recreation/Activities and F&B teams to support overall pool operations.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards, including pool safety awareness.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory counts.
• Always uphold Dellshire Resort service standards and brand culture.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

What are we looking for?

Who You Are

• Previous bartending experience preferred; hospitality or resort experience strongly desired.
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation, beer, wine, and beverage service techniques.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service per state law.
• Responsible Food, and Beverage Service certification (or ability to obtain) within 30 days of employment.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a high‑energy environment.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and team‑focused mindset.
